  I have friends visiting from Florida this week. I have been to this restaurant many times before they expanded. Very disappointed in the food and service. No plates were brought with the sushi rolls. Giant bowl of miso soup, if that is what it was, brought cold. Table was left with dirty glasses each time someone came by, rarely. The server did comp a roll for the poor service.

  The sushi is great! The service sucks! For the past 2 years that we have been going we always had to make reservations. Now if you have a party of 4 or less you just have to wing it to see if you get to stay & eat. They won't tell you on the phone if there is a space available or not. It also takes forever to get your order taken, get water or drinks & to receive your food. Since they are the best sushi in the valley you just have to take the horrible customer service in exchange for the great sushi.
